Surprised to see so many negatives citing poor customer experiences. Samantha helped me set up my account today. She was pleasant, helped me understand what I needed to do, outlined my next steps, and followed up with an email. I was very happy with the service I received. Hopefully this is a reflection of WNH having focused on improving customer support. So far so good, at least in my experience!

I've never written, or even thought about writing a negative review about customer service before, as I don't usually like to judge people who could be having a bad day on one time service. But the customer service person I talked to on the phone was beyond rude. I was genuinely insulted at the way she talked to me. It was truly pathetic and I hope she learns to treat people with respect and curtsy. A lesson she should have learned a long time ago, as shes far too old to be acting like a child.

Excellent and helpful customer service setting up an account at my new residence. I really appreciated the time the individual took to go over the set-up and costs with me. Moved back to the region after a few years. I have never had a bad experience with WNH.

I had an account with them for a year. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. The most unfriendly customer service representative I've ever had as well as poor support. They only care about getting money from people. They don't inform people properly so that they can get some extra money from people. They take deposit when you open an account, but good luck getting those back. I wish I could give them negative star, and I really hope that I will never have to deal with them.
