Customer service just doesn't exists. Terrible organization, lazy and good luck finding anything out on their website. I would give a -5 if possible. Funny how almost everyone gives a 1/5 yet nothing is done about it.

No power for 26 hours ,check the map and it keeps changing locations ,terrible website ,I miss brant hydro ,I knew we were doomed when we switched to hydro one
I consider the electrical system of Hydro One reliable and response times for power outages fast. The price of electricity has gone up and I expect it to more, power should not be so expensive. I would like to see a 5 year price chart guarantee instead of the yearly surprise increase amounts that happen yearly (Ontario Energy Board). Hydro One in Woodstock could work to improve their community stewardship. Hydro One's website could be better, I should be able to see my meter real-time usage. The power conservation suggestions are not very good considering what else you can do. I think Hydro One should donate power meters to Woodstock library for them to rent to residents who want to measure power usage on appliances.
Allowing second/third party outlets to partner with hydro one such as summit energy. You guys are a disgrace
Why all of these daily power outages? There were 2 in a span of an hour and a half. It is akin to a 3rd world country. Brutal. You shouldn't even get 1 star.
