Horrific company...abysmal customer service, terrible record keeping and poorly implemented billing system. I've been with them for a year, on the initial contact asked them to explain equalized billing which they didn't adequately do, and when asking to review the audio from the call, they said they don't record calls AND they don't even have any record of their calls. How can a company operate like that? The billing supervisor apologized but how is it fair getting stuck with a bill when the sales rep doesn't explain the differences between equalized payment plans and standard billing? In addition they have issues setting up pre-authorized payment plans to the point where their system seems like it should be used for a convenience store, not a power company serving a community.
Power usage website quite useful and easy to use, but service is very poor.
Power outages in Grimsby are becoming more and more frequent, and coincidentally seem always to be on holiday long weekends. I wonder if the crews make double time for repairs on these days??
Power is out at least once a month. Sometimes for hours. Operating at a joke level.
