Clean and well-organized, I appreciate dedicated staff in departments when you can find them. Retail is very tough these days, a public is less patient and understanding and are quite demanding, which takes its toll on Frontline retail service personnel.
This is our local store and we love going here. Staff are so friendly and helpful - often checking in with us. Sale items are always well stocked, and they have good selection of gardening/outdoor living things in the summer months. The store is always spotless, and we generally just enjoy shopping here!
There was a minor issue with a pick up order. The staff was fair, friendly and fast to resolve the problem.
