I love this hardware store the selection is huge, and the pricing is very competitive if not cheaper. But the quality is great, it is big and very impressively clean. but there biggest asset are the associates they are knowledgeable and caring and want to help as well as it is not hard to find one who will help.my wife and I love to go in at least once a month to Rome around and see if there is a good sale on something we need. and no the flyers are ease but we love to look at all the great stuff. thanks lows
I came here to look for a ceiling fan. Joshua was very helpful. He assisted me and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Yet allowed me to have space to look and figure what I wanted to buy. It was a the perfect combination of customer service. Everyone knows how frustrating it is when you can't find help but equally how frustrating it is when sales associates are on your back. He had the perfect balance.
Raja helped me and my husband pick out the perfect stain for our dresser! He was very friendly and helpful, he even gave us some great suggestions for knobs that would match. Excellent customer service!
