Went to this place recently and had this experience written below. No response from the manager and to be honest not surprised. Last time I go here, so many other options. Hello, Just went out of my way to shop at your store. Was looking for a Vinyl Drip guard for a shower door and was having trouble finding it in your store. Ran into a polite Blonde lady that was busy with another customer but said they would call for help. After wondering your store again for 10 minutes ran into the same lady who apologized that no one had looked after me yet and at the same time another worker of yours middle aged lady with shoulder black hair asked what I was looking for. I explained the item I was looking for and before I could even finish my description she said RONA doesn't sell those and never has. I told her that I have bought two shower guards from RONA in the past ten years and the last time was at this very store about 2-3 years ago. Anyways not sure if she could really care or listened to me and told me to go to Glass World. I walked out and after getting home looked it up and yes you (RONA)do carry the item I was looking for. You have 25 of them according to your stock listing for your store. So I normally don't care about dumb things like this but what put me off was this employees attitude and quick dismissal of my inquiry. I'm not looking for any type of restitution just think you should either have a discussion with this person of kindly delete my email. I try and shop locally but I bought my product on Amazon this afternoon and will keep that in mind next time I have to drive out of my way. Cheers Crickets !!!! What a joke of a place

Old building. Ok service. Not trying to improve. Still good for lumber and pressure-treated lumber.
Staff are friendly if you can find them. Good for a quick trip for something common. They don't have the space for options that their big box competition has.
This little store is packed! They use tall racks to their advantage and carry way more than you would think. The yard is also large and very well organized. Many times I have dropped in because it was closer than the big stores and came out with exactly what I needed.
Went to this store to buy insulation board they said 20.49 on the tag where they where sitting so I grab them and go to the till they came up 15 more they would not honor thier price they said it's the wrong price tag but that is not the consumers fault under consumer rights they have to honor the price they put it at on the shelf where hundreds of the same item are sitting I do not recommend this store at all
