Placed an order for tile. I will certainly be returning for more products, the staff is very knowledgeable and easy going. My first time laying tile and they took me through all the steps I need to take. By the time I left I felt comfortable with my project. Highly recommend this store. great experience.

Went in not knowing exactly what I needed for a concrete repair job I was doing in my basement. Between the two girls at the front counter and the manager they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Very polite, funny and easy going staff that make sure you get exactly what you need. Would high recommend.
We didn't hire them for construction services however we did go into the store for supplies. We felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by speaking to them. The lady, while glaring at me miserably, had no idea what I was talking about (though they sell the product) and was generally rude. She seemed frustrated that the other employee was on the phone (with a customer) and annoyed that she had to help us. Overall we left with nothing, and followed up with he company who suggested we visit this store. He apologized and said they've stopped using NCS because it's gone "down hill." I give 2 stars because it appears as though they have a good stock however I don't know if you'll physically be able to purchase anything due to the service desk staff.
Terrible customer service. Girl in the front made it seem like I was such an inconvenience and rolled her eyes when I showed up to pickup an order. We only received part of our order as the other material just didn’t show up even though it should have arrived the week prior.
