Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products sold. We went in early December to purchase skimming blades. We wanted the Level 5 ones. Josie-Marie was extremely helpful showing us the pole attachments for each brand and we ended up buying the tape tech skilling blades as they had the best pole attachment. We are very grateful for the help. Thank you!

Ordered a small tool online, just to see how smoothly the process would go. Received it in two days (I’m in Ottawa). Their website is excellent. I will now look at some automatic taping tools. Great service!
My first visit deserved a 5 star review that I was unable to post. My second visit deserves a 5 star review and my next visits will likely all be worth 5 star reviews. Purchased a skimming blade kit (6 pcs kit) on a Monday. 1 of the blades had a factory defect, after reviewing the tool I was given a full refund Tuesday. Top notch customer service, as I left completely satisfied by the staff and management. Much to the fact that A) the lovely people at the front desk were very kind and helpful B) Eugene, a phenomenal associate at CSR went above and beyond on both my visits, I HIGHLY recommend shopping with CSR

Always a pleasure to stop in and browse for hours in this store. They have the best selection of drywall tools around and are always the first to have the newest products on the market. Also, the turnaround times for tool repairs are always fast and done with care. If you’re in the drywall business, you should know about this place!
