Extremely happy with the service I received today. I had to get my vehicle towed in and I work during the day so I wasn't able to come in to speak to anyone face-to-face. Chris communicated with me clearly and efficiently over text message (my preferred method). They sorted out the issue with my vehicle with no pressure to work on anything else at all! Really a great experience; highly recommend.

Nice car selection
I needed new winter tires for my Volkswagen and was shopping around. Branden gave me the best price and best service out of any where I got a quote from. Everyone at the ford dealership made me feel welcomed and appreciated that I was taking my business to them. Branden made it extremely easy for me to get my tires, all I had to do was give him the VIN number of my car and drop it off the next day. I would recommend calling Branden in the service department for any of your vehicular needs.
Great service. On December 19 with only 3 days til they close for Christmas, we had a (2 day) big job to be done on our truck.( Know this because we had another ford dealership look at it in Ontario and they couldn't get parts before we left) Brandon was very helpful as we came all the way from Ontario.. he got us a rental f- 150 tks Brandon. Great service
We bought an F-150 last year and we were happy with the experience. We already knew what we wanted and they didn't try to pressure us or upsell. Of course we were offered the undercoat but when we said no they just let it go, unlike our previous experience at a different dealership. If my next vehicle is a Ford I'll buy it here.
