I have bought my last two vehicles from Mike Knapp and the experience has been great both times. I most recently bought an SUV about 2.5 weeks ago and Joe was fantastic. Everything is laid out nicely from test driving, discussing options and deals and prices etc even during a lockdown (protocols were taken seriously) and both the people I dealt with for both my vehicle purchases were honest and up front about everything. I will continue shopping for my SUVs here and will always recommend.

My first experience at this place was nothing short of amazing. Really friendly good people selling a great product. Josh got me an amazing deal on a new edge. This guy knows his stuff. great understanding of the product and communication is above and beyond. He simply just gets it done without any problems or worries at all. Whether the issue is minor, or not, they always go the extra mile to get you back on the road quickly, with superior results and even suggest the most economical avenue to pursue when expenses could mount up. I rolled in to the used car lot to look at a pickup truck. I was greeted by a sales rep who was helpful and actually pointed me in the direction of a truck within my budget. He set the deal up and I made the purchase. When it was time to pick up the truck, it was clean and met my expectations. Now the reason for the mid-range review: Communication. The sales rep was a bit of a \close talker\ (Seinfeld reference), which is a big no-no these days; he made inferences on what I read and on how \customers have no idea how much work is done to get a vehicle ready\. Would I buy another vehicle from here? Absolutely... but through someone else. Side note: Service guys are awesome, but management should really be mindful of their surroundings. I (and others waiting in the service area) were able to listen and watch two managers air their disagreements. Not exactly professional.
