I wanted to wait until my warranty and maintanence package was expired before I wrote this review. We purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from this dealership back in 2017. Included with this vehicle purchase, we also purchased the extended warranty and maintenance plan. My first comment is that the warranty that was sold to us was nothing but a hassle; every time we had an issue it was an argument, to the point were I had to get the sales staff involved to support fixing our vehicle. As for the maintenance plan, that’s another miss in my opinion. Everything is done to the bare minimum. For Example, break services and replacements. They don’t replace your rotors, they actually machine them. It's 2021 and they are still machining rotors to save a buck on what you the hard working customer already paid for. On top of these very disappointing years of service, and warranty, we still have open issues. I called the General Manager of this dealer ship last March to express my concerns about our service, as well as to get support on open issues that never seem to get closed off; yes last March, and still not even a single call back. The main reason I called was to get support with our non functioning glove box light, as well as our rear lift shocks. The rear lift shocks were making noise the day we got the car, and was reported to the service staff and was told “they just need greasing”. Which I’m told 4 years later is not true and the service advisor handed me an estimate to replace them, as that is what they said needs to be done to fix the creaking; even with extended warranty still in place at the time. The issue is that nothing was done the first week we reported it. Anyway, needless to say I will not be going back to this dealership, and we just paid off our car. Will be looking to buy a new car from somewhere else.

I love Ridgehill ford Cambridge. The staff are simply there for your every need. I bought a f150 XL Short box 3.3 litre and by far the best truck I have ever owned. Next is a Mustang. :)). Lastly I had my first service and was expecting to pay 150-200 for the service. Premium service cost 89. One happy customer. And I love the girls at the front desk in service. Steve
As usual we received great and timely service. I must again point out that the service provided by Becky was excellent. Also I noticed that the general mood of the staff present at the time was upbeat and pleasant . Good to see, even under current social and economic conditions. Thanks again.
On my visit to ridgehill ford to look at the new f150, 2021, my customer experience was excellent because of the knowledgeable salesman I had. He explained all the new features and made sure I understood about the truck. He wasn't pushy with his sales pitch and ensured I was very happy before I signed. Excellent guy, would definitely recommend him. Also the financial manager was excellent and kept me informed step by step with the paperwork and right up to the day of delivery of my truck. He made my experience less stressful. Ridgehill ford from sales to finance to service has a great team!!
