We had Elite Mouldings complete two jobs for us over the past year. The first was installing new bedroom and closet doors in our house as an upgrade on our existing ones. Alexandra was helpful with the sales/customer service aspect of things and Shaun the installer completed the work to our satisfaction and on time. The second job was framing out a new closet and adding closet doors, which was also well done and completed within a reasonable time period. Pricing was reasonable, service was great. Would use again!

Absolutely the worst business practice I have ever seen. Never buy anything from this place. The delivery does not come directly to the door, but on the driveway 300m away from the desired dropoff location. Quote: \There are branches in the way so I cannot get over without scratching my truck.\ And I have to manually unload from the truck. Since delivery does not include unloading. The product was not even good. Do not buy from them.
Your guy was polite, friendly and efficient. He was easy to talk to and did a great job. We are happy.
I am so glad I found this company! We got new baseboards, doors, wainscotting and a 18 ft feature wall done by Elite Mouldings and we are so happy with the results. Alexandra on the customer service side was quick to reply, great at making recommendations and make the whole transaction simple! The work Shaun did installing everything was fantastic! He is very detailed-oriented, made suggestions as needed, and overall is just a nice person who enjoys what he does, is great at it and wants to make his clients happy. HIs work ethic is refreshing. I would recommend this team hands down and I plan on having them back when we do more work upstairs.
