We moved into Huron County and were totally new to the area. We had a lot of questions about caring for our hot tub. Tammy was very patient with us and explained everything we needed to know. She was very knowledgeable about hot tub care and service. She informed us in detail and she was able to answer all of our questions. She kept us informed of delivery and service dates. Darryl was the service rep that delivered and installed the new hot tub cover that we ordered and he was polite, courteous and very informative about overall hot tub care. Both, Tammy as well as Darryl, were fantastic to deal with and gave us excellent customer care.

Purchased a Swimspa in early summer. Received the Swimspa a few weeks ago. The guys did an amazing job with the install (smaller yard). I have never owned a hot tub or pool and was a little lost when it came to testing and chemicals. Tammy at Water & Wellness was a fantastic coach. She helped me understand the tests and which chemicals to add. It was much easier than I thought. Tammy has sent me videos and links and has answered all my emails and questions in record time. I appreciate all the help and wonderful service I have received from everyone at Water & Wellness. Great place, fantastic products, and amazing people!
Like a lot of people I was hoping to get a hot tub for the coming 'Covid winter'. I left it far too late though. I went to Water and Wellness to look at one that had been forfeited but it wasn't quite right for my needs. Sales rep Crystal provided me with a listing of upcoming deliveries and it looked like nothing would be available until March or April of 2021. I pretty much gave up on the notion of having a tub for this winter. A couple weeks later Crystal called me directly to let me know another tub forfeit had occurred and it was the model with the features I was looking for. I was very impressed that she had kept track of what I was looking for and let me know immediately when one was available. With her help I made the purchase and got the details arranged with no issues. Much appreciated Crystal! The delivery to my residence also went smoothly. Many thanks to Crystal and the folks at Water and Wellness!
Thank you so much to Tammy for arranging service so quickly for our hot tub! Kris arrived promptly and fixed the problem in no time. He was an interesting guy to chat with as he effected repairs & I highly recommend Water & Wellness to anyone requiring pool or hot tub help. They are AWESOME!
Our experience with Water and Wellness was great. Tammy helped us with our purchase and was very informative throughout the process. I asked her many questions and I got very quick responses! The delivery went very smoothly and the delivery guys were very nice and did a great job. Our hot tub came later than we hoped due to covid-19 issues but there’s nothing anyone could do about that. I would recommend Water and Wellness to others looking for a pool or spa.
