So glad we called them. Very professional. We had our 20 yo furnace fail this winter (-14C) and needed someone STAT... we called Don's and had a service tech (Chris) over within hours. He deducted the problem right away. He said we could change the part (heat exchanger) or replace the unit entirely. Because of the age the unit, it was out of warranty so we opted for new. So glad we did. For less than double the price of the part to fix the old furnace we got a new one. We had the new furnace up and running less than 48 hours after the initial call. Thank you to Chris,Paul,Ashley,Kyle and all the staff at Don's, you saved the day...
We just want to say how happy we were with these gentlemen. Paul, Brendan and Justin are truly one of the nicest guys we have ever had from any repair or maintenance companies we have used. True professionals and went out of their way to make sure this was done fast and correct. I will use Don’s again and will recommend it to our friends. These guys deserve a raise!
We were looking to get a purchase a new Air Exchanger. We had called to many places over the course of 3 weeks, only 2 responded to our calls. Dons returned our call, they listened to what we wanted, researched and were able to put quote together. We are very happy with our Air Exchanger.
I'm so thankful for the work that Don's Heating did for us. We bought a new house and went through a massive reno; the fireplace was one of the sticking points. We had other local companies come through the house, but it was as if they wanted me to problem-solve the issue and get back to them once we had. Paul, from Don's, was gracious with his time, and spot on with his advice. He take every one of my calls, and was patient and courteous when I had another question to ask. He even had me call him while he was away on a weekend trip. We love our new fireplace. SIDE NOTE: our furnace went two days before Christmas. After the work Don's put in for us with the fireplace, we did not hesitate to give them another call. They showed up at the exact time they said they would and put in a good shift to get the furnace installed. I don't write many reviews; Don's Heating deserves this review. Its great to live in a community where you can depend on good people and good businesses.
