Have just had another incredible experience with Classic Fireplace and BBQ . Following on our August purchase of a new Napoleon bbq unit and conversion from propane to natural gas all expertly done by Zach we just had the old gas log set replaced with a new efficient gas insert. Josh advised us on the unit. Many many thanks to Duane and Kyle for their excellent installation and wizard contractor Adam for working his magic on the construction. These guys all walk the walk. Well trained professionals, great communicators, punctual, and unobtrusive. A perfect experience every time. Thanks again.

I was a walk-in and found this store on Google. I must say Cliff (store manager) and the store staff was super nice and welcoming. Cliff spent a good chunk of his time explaining and educating us on what to look for when purchasing a bbq grill. This type of service and passion for their product you won't see at a Home Depot or any big box store. I bought the Rogue 525 SE SIB grill and the delivery staff assembled and took the time to show us around the BBQ. Super helpful and friendly. I would definitely back for all my BBQ and fireplace needs. These guys are awesome - highly recommend them!

Great store. The world lack expertise and it's so nice to go to a store where the staffs loves BBQing as much as you do, AND know more than you do. They always have everything I need, down to the smallest item, and all the products are well made so you're not buying something that's going to break down in a couple of years, from bbq tools to of course the BBQ's themselves. Great staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Glad they made it through the pandemic and are still around.
