10/10, Amazing prices, amazing selection, spectacular customer service. Recently bought a Stratocaster from Matt at Tundra Music, got a great deal for a beautiful guitar. Would recommend to anyone.

Turns out this is a common story. Ordered a guitar in November as a Christmas present for my son. Nothing on the website indicated it wasn't available. Hadn't heard from them, so a week later, I phone the store and am told that the guitar isn't in stock but that they would call me back with suggested alternatives. No problem! But no call ever comes. So I call back and request a refund. The sketchy person on the other end of the phone mumbles something about a refund in 1 to 3 business days. Nothing happens. Call back, but no one answers. I work in an office with many phone lines. Call from one of the other lines. Someone picks up immediately! So they're screening phone calls for customers they don't want to talk to. Nice. This person - who sounds great but it turns out isn't - promises me the refund and even has me wait on the line while he \processes\ it. Sure enough, I get an email indicating that my refund has been processed, and will be back on my credit card in 1 to 3 business days. Guess what? It isn't. So I call the store again. They screen my calls. I use another line in the office, and they pick up immediately. When they realize why I'm calling, they hang up. Enough of this nonsense. I file a dispute through my credit card company. The credit card company processes it fairly quickly - from initiation through approval through receiving the actual credit, it took about 3 weeks. This store is terrible. There are so many other great music stores around (I ended up getting a guitar for my son at Guitar World in Mississauga, and they were fantastic). Don't waste your time with Tundra. They don't care about you or your business. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I hope you're reading these reviews and deciding to take your business elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve to be in business.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE GUYS Like many before, I ordered a guitar and it never arrived. I requested a refund several times but they stopped responding to my emails and never called me back. I was able to dispute the transaction and reported it as a scam and got my money back from my credit card company. I ordered from them originally to support a local business. It’s a shame that they treat their customers this way.

So basically like everyone else, except I am luckier because I read the reviews before ordering. I was going to order a guitar that was nowhere to be found, so I was really excited to see Tundra offering it. I tried contacting them before ordering as I had a question. After getting no replied tried to find answers online and that's when I've seen all these reviews. I'm not even sure if they are still in business but I contacted them through Facebook, email, and phone and never received an answer. You know what they are good at? Sending that automatic email every other day for me to \complete my order\ when they won't even pick up the phone. Such a terrible way of doing business and I am assuming they won't be running much longer doing business like this, if not already closed.
