UPDATE: I was finally contacted by a representative and received the refund 2 days later. It’s very difficult to get a hold of anyone so before making an online purchase, MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM TO CHECK IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK. —————— DO NOT MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES WITH TUNDRA! Like all other reviews mentioned: Made a purchase of an item that was not in stock and paid online. Now I can't get my refund. Nobody answers the phone, emails or Facebook. Very disappointed in the company stealing from people, especially during the pandemic.

Ed and Dylan are in a league of their own. What more can I possibly say... THANK YOU for the exceptional service! I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews online. But, I left their vibrant store with a smile from ear to ear. Exceptional one on one service right from the start, Ed really spent the time to hear out all of my list of extensive requirements for new Bass guitar. No exaggeration... but Ed literally showed me every bass that they offered in store with an amazing professional demeanour, Ed even took the time to call a ton of vendors to track down stock (COVID obviously throws a wrench in the supply chain - too think back to March of 2020 when people were hoarding Toilet paper... Bass/ guitar stock doesn't stand a chance). Dylan is a multi-tasking phenom, it's incredible to see someone so passionate about customer service and guitars - he was completing a ton of other customer's mail orders just before the holidays, while he was helping me track down new pick ups for my new Fender Precision bass. Dylan is a very talented, and expert technician, it was really amazing to watch and learn his technical expertise from his experiences working at Gibson Guitars. I was very thankful that Dylan took the time to explain and show me the insides workings of the pickup circuitry. Thank you so much for the personalized support and service. I'm Grateful to have met the two of you, and for an amazing musical experience. Thank you
