Ordered from Blue Mountain Music over Reverb, but due to some twists of fate ended up buying it directly from the store. Rob and Jay were fantastic to work with, and Jay helped me get past some technical issues and gave me some suggestions for a new overdrive pedal that I absolutely love. Beautiful store, I want everything in there. Highly recommend.

The friendliest music store I have ever been to! Rob is amazing!! I'm just beginning my journey into the big world of pedals and Rob spent nearly 30min taking me through his favorite pedals, what he thinks are the most important effects to start with, and some pedal theory/history to boot! He was so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so welcoming to this pedal novice. I will definitely be back often!

Recently, Rob placed a special order for me for a new guitar, it arrived for Christmas. I check out some of the web-sites of the big music stores in Canada as well as the U.S., and none of them have this guitar in stock yet nor have they any idea when this particular guitar might arrive. I'm very impressed and still don't understand how Rob got this guitar so early. Great service and Rob's enthusiasm about all things music is much appreciated
