Very helpful and friendly staff they helped me pick out a electric guitar for my husband he loved it
We've always had good experiences there. Either through music lessons for the kids or buying music instruments and accessories. The staff are very patient and more than happy to go through any questions you have. The most recent visit, we went through many guitars (a gift) and Alexander played each guitar, went through all the good and bad points in great detail. We were not pressured to buy...but we ended up buying one of the guitars he recommended. Very happy!
Received prompt email replies and excellent customer service from Dean who helped me work out a deal with drum equipment. I was given very fair trade-in value for some used cymbals, which I used towards my purchase of new cymbals and a couple of stands.
The service and advice I had received while shopping here proof that online shopping still has a long way to go to replace human interactionexpertise. Eric was tremendous help but I am sure all the staff are just as professional to deal with. Don't trust everything you see online.
