I was recommended to this store by wayfair after experiencing some issues with their delivery. Tony was very helpful in assisting me in finding a twin memory foam mattress within budget I had. He reduced a 680 mattress to 440 inches , I was very happy with him and his professionalism. I dont like the bricks warranty and all sales are final or no exchange policy. So ensure you do your research before committing. But they're mattresses are comfy !

Awful delivery, twice. I picked up a bookcase header mid January and after unpacking the box in my home, found a damage on it. So I chatted online and asked for exchange. Early February I dropped off damaged one and picked up a new header. After shipping to my home and unpacking it, I found the same damage in the same place again. so disappointing. I had to ask for one more time exchange. for a 120 header so far I have paid 30 for van rental (except the first one) and when new one arrives I will have to pay another 30 again. Painful part is I'm not sure third header would be undamaged or not!! It seems The Brick does not have any plan for quality control of stuff delivery . Wish I could give them a big donut instead of 1 star

Fantastic Service, Expertise and Advice! We had an amazing experience with Jay Taylor, the store manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened attentively, then guided us through the entire process to ensure that not only did we get the perfect mattress that suited both our sleeping habits but also the right pillows and covers for overall ergonomics and comfort. There was no heavy pressure sales tactics like other stores. Jay's true interest was matching us with the right product. We highly recommend shopping at this store and will do it again.

I've been calling all night, every 15 mins, for over 3 hours, trying to order a bed. The store is minuscule and is no way so busy they can't take a call. I'll be ordering a bed in a box, which offers far superior customer service. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I ended up ordering 1 bed-in-box elsewhere, but I did go into your location and ordered a bed and accessories and had a great experience. The bed was delivered on time and we are very happy with the delivery experience as well. I increase the number of stars, but my phone experience was still very poor.

I was looking for a dining table and on the first ring the most pleasant and helpful voice answered my call, manager Mr. Jay who did not make me feel bad that I was not purchasing matresses but checked inventory, took my order and walked me through the process.
