Nice store, small but they have enough selection for mattresses, pillows etc in a wide price range. You can also buy other Brick products (furniture electronics or appliances however they don’t have the display) from here and staff gives you ample of information and time to make your decision. Not pushy.

Excellent service by the employee during purchase. However, the after purchase service is horrible. I filed a claim that my item had a stain on the boxsprings when I have received the item and no reply. I am only complaining about this small stain as I was told any stain will void warranty. This is unacceptable no respond at all

Very dissatisfied with the Brick, Their system could not accept my credit card, I phoned my bank, there was no issue with my credit card, Vishal asked if I could get someone else to pay for my purchase! I was offended! I offered to pay with Debit, they could not accommodate an online debit payment, Then he asked me to go into a Brick store to make the payment! This is NOT why I shop online! I am unable to go to a store!, I purchased online with Trail appliances, no issues with the online payment. My appliances will arrive shortly.
