I am very disappointed. I bought their Egyptian cotton 500 count sheets. Softness is very important. I opened the package in the store. The sheets felt soft and luxurious so I bought them 90. A bit pricey but I thought I was buying quality. I got home and washed them and they were a terribly wrinkled mess. Full of not only wrinkles and creases but in between was bumpy like burlap. The were no longer soft and even felt like burlap. the guarantee of soft is not fulfilled. Without using them I took them to the store and was told their policy is they will not take returns unless there is a defect. There was a defect it said soft 500 count cotton. Once washed they were no longer soft. THE DEFECT. I am waiting for the balance of my order a king size mattress set with frame. If this is what their quality is like and how they do not stand behind what they sell I am reconsidering the balance of my 2k order. probably a good idea to cancel before they ship it or else I may have more problems with more sub quality items that they will not stand behind. Read their response... they will do better in the future. Do how did that help me? Take note when buying something from them that they do not take any steps to resolve they say sorry and will learn from it. Is that what you want to hear when you have a problem? Just think if you buy something from them this is how they will handle the resolution.

Wow wow wow. Michael was fantastic!!!!! When I called he answered right away and was willing to help us in a pinch! He not only got us an AMAZING price but was super friendly professional and helpful. He even stayed 10 mins late so we could get straps to load up our new mattress! My husband and I are so thankful!!! I hope who manages this place sees this and Michael gets the recognition he deserves! We will be telling all we can to go see Michael and visit this location! I can not recommend this place or Michael enough!!! Thanks you again Michael! We will be back!
I highly recommend The Brick’s Mattress Store in Cambridge. Branden was so helpful and his patience level was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time showing you all your options. Never felt like he was pressuring us into a purchase nor did he make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. He allowed us to take our time and test as many mattresses as needed. He gave his recommendations and reasons why. He spent us much time as need with us and the others that entered his store. Thank you Branden and can’t wait to pick up our purchase.
Bought a king mattress with box springs and frame from this location. Customer service was fantastic! Branden is patient and very understanding. They were quick to fix an issue we had with one of our sets of sheets. I thank you very much for the great service and comfortable bed set! Cheers
Had a very good experience today at this location on Hespler road , bought a clearance item mattress and box set from Micheal who was very attentive and helpful! Knows his stuff and was stait up with informing us about his clearance policies, and got a fantastic deal for what we bought , nothing hidden . Helped me load into van . So my experience was very good!!
I just bought a mattress from The Brick Mattress Store in Cambridge. I initially went there to just try out a few mattresses while I was in town. I met the Assistant Manager, Branden and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and he didn’t breathe down my neck at all (like some of the other employees at other mattress stores I went to had done). He helped me pick the best mattress for me in my price range, and I could tell he was very honest and trustworthy with the information he provided me. I emailed him a few questions afterwards and his responses were VERY prompt. Even though I live in Kitchener, I returned to the Cambridge store to make my purchase with Branden because he was by far the best employee I had encountered. Thank you again Branden, and I look forward to receiving my new mattress!! UPDATE: Delivery during COVID-19 was superb. Mattress is incredible and has improved my quality of sleep immensely. I have not been waking up stiff and sore any more.
I did not end up buying a mattress here, but that was only because I found a different one I liked a bit better elsewhere. The staff at this store is super helpful and does not pressure at all. They can answer all of your questions. I would recommend this as a place to shop for a new mattress.
My family and I went into the Cambridge store to do some new mattress shopping...I am ever happy with met Branden the sales rep there. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His product knowledge was fantastic and he provided great follow up and support when there was an unforeseen shipping delay (due to Covid). Branden went out of his way to make it right for us and keep us regularly updated as to the status of the order. I was very pleased with the service we received from him and I would highly recommend you visit with him in Cambridge should you be looking to upgrade your mattress (or pillow).
