Brigit provides excellent customer service. She was very attentive and personable. Her bounty of knowledge of the industry was extremely helpful, as I am not as informed on concrete accessories as I would like to be. She eased my concerns with her thorough explanations of the materials and methods, and gave me the confidence to complete my project. The creatively decorated and open showroom added to my positive shopping experience . I will absolutely seek Brigit's advice and guidance again for any of my future projects.

Andrew and team are always quick to reply to all requests. I appreciate their ability to get our company what we need in a timely fashion, at a competitive price. If they do not have stock, Andre is always able to source an equivalent, and he always submits specs for me to review and compare. Will continue dealing with them as they are most dependable concrete accessories shop around.

The layout and atmosphere of the showroom gave me the impression that NCA was not just for contractors and large companies. Brigit has exceptional knowledge when it comes to concrete, accessories, decorative accents and textures. Her willingness and enthusiasm to educate me on what concrete could do for the look and longevity of my home was what led me to change my thoughts on concrete as just a basic building material.
