Was in the store a couple days ago, I had many questions about concrete cleaners, sales associate Tim was amazing he answered my many questions and provided me with data sheets and tools I needed for the job. Excellent customer service will recommend to family n friends.
Went in last week and spoke with Tony A. I was looking for a specialty product but as it had to be ordered in the arrival date was almost three weeks. Tony put some thought into the problem and called me back with a suggestion.....and it worked. I could not be happier. In addition the service level I received when picking up the rest of the order was fast, efficient, and friendly. All-in-all; a great experience.

Terrible experience here. Called ahead of time for pricing and availability and showed up to pick up the product. The first gentlemen i dealt with (long blonde/Orange hair) was absolutely no help and extremely rude. They couldn't find the product and started getting frustrated with me since i insisted i needed that part since i had promised a customer that part. Tim was a lot better to deal with and treated me with respect and ended up finding what i was looking for. The man in the front with the long blonde hair needs to work on his customer service but either way i will never be coming back.
