Shockingly bad experience! Had an appointment to test drive a used car and they sold the car out from under me 2 hours before my appointment. Worse they said their system for appointments was not capable of communicating between 3 sales people. Three. God help them if they ever have 4. So many other points of frustration dealing with theses salesmen. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Oh...and then they blamed it on Covid-19.

Sales rep Bruno didn't let me have a copy of the price details of a car and told me to \just sign the f'n documents and forget about talking it over with my significant other\ so pushy and rude. All I did was show interest and they acted like a owed them something. All the while I just came in for a rim change and after they badgered me for an hour while I waited I figured ide humour them as to not be rude and see what deal they had to offer. And in the end he got mad because I wanted to sleep on it. Don't trust that guy.Very very weird experience at this place. I'll get my servicing at a private garage from now on. If this is who Mitsubishi is hiring.
