Had a great experience buying my RVR with Sergio. The manager Mike was great as well at getting everything processed quickly as I needed the vehicle for work. Reviews go up to 5 but they deserve a 10/10 from me.

Purchased my second car from this location and it's all because of Bobbi. She is wonderful at her job. She walked me through all of my options so I had a clear understanding of what would work best for my budget, she also made the buying experience enjoyable, which is something you don't normally get, especially from a auto dealership. Bobbi really makes you feel like family.

Been my 2nd time to get vehicle service. After the wife outlander had recall and a few maintenance done there. I decided to take my non Mitsu there for some maintaince and winter tire swap. I'm impressed the mechanic actually put grease to prevent the rims from sticking to the rotors. ( most mechanic won't spend the time since they are paid per job. The faster the turn around, the more they make. Which usually leads to mechanic cutting corners. Hope they give their unsung tech a round of applause at least ( if not a bonus )). I did have a good chuckle though they block their handicap parking. I'm sure alot of people park there illegally. Maybe a pole with the sign at the corner forcing a 90 degree turn into spot. If they can't see that sign, maybe spike strips will help lol.
