Visited a few different brands and dealerships, before landing on Metrotown Mitsubishi. The service stood out among the rest. Very friendly, informative, helpful and not at all pushy, as other dealerships have been. Allen helped me and I absolutely appreciate his excitement and sense of humor. Overall, I found the car I was looking for, at a price point close to my budget, from a salesman that came across genuine. I feel like I'm in good hands at this brand and I can only recommend giving them and Allen a visit.

Ezekiel did a very excellent job in explaining and discussing with us on what is the appropriate car base on our needs. Got my first car that I wanted from this dealership. Found a 2017 Lancer on Facebook and called Jonathan Kim to see the car. We went to the appointment, and Jonathan showed us a 2013 Lancer that I liked even more. Jonathan was able to assist us through the whole process and even fixed up some minor scratches on the car. He was polite and committed to customer satisfaction. I was very satisfied with the business experience.
