I had the pleasure of dealing with some amazing members that work in this location. Beatrix, who helped set up an appointment for me as soon as I inquired about a vehicle. She was super quick to respond and extremely nice over the phone when speaking with with her. Patrick who was the sales member that helped me with the purchase of my new car was very educated around the knowledge of what he was selling, he was relaxed and enjoyable to speak to! He helped make me feel comfortable with the purchase and I cant thank him enough. He stayed in touch through the whole process and was quick to respond with any questions I might have had. Keith who advised the financial part of the sale was very professional and helped work with me and my boyfriend who are a young couple. He talked through every aspect and made sure we understood all of the terms before we left the dealership. Because of these 3 amazing staff members at Alta Nissan Woodbridge everything went smooth and I am enjoying a brand new vehicle with confidence, I cannot thank them enough! First, I have to say that Patrik is the BEST person to buy a car from. If you go see him, you're in good hands. He truly cares about your experience in the vehicle and will take care of you. They work as a team, and you're never once are left unattended too. So if you're going to buy a Nissan, I recommend this place. The general sales manager Hamid is direct and will try to give you the best price possible. He has a great attitude; he greeted us right away, unlike other sales managers who don't even say hi at other dealerships. And last of all, Keith. He will give you all the information you need with the warranty and approvals. He will go over everything and is really patient when it comes to an understanding of your options. Patrik texted me the whole time and kept in touch with me every step of the way. If I had to buy a second car, there is no other person.
