On my second Rogue from Woodchester. Again, a wonderful experience. Transparent, easy, and very enjoyable. Shaun walked me through the process both times, gave me all the options, and was very kind and helpful. Experiences like that change your view on the car sales industry. He even followed up a week later about my experience, made sure I didn't have any questions, and had a chat with me, asked about my family, even though he's never met them. Quality service. I took my car for regular maintenance and also paid extra for preventative maintenance like check brakes, alignment, battery etc. the very next day while I was driving in the highway my car started to have smoke under the hood and smelled burnt. Turns out ALL the oil was spilling inside the hood, the cap was not on and there was no oil left! Was it wrong oil that Nissan used? Did you just not close the cap? I don’t know I took my car back but unfortunately since it was a weeken I have to wait until Monday. All the hood is a mess with oil everywhere and yet to confirm damage to the engine! My car was well maintained pretty much new and all service done at Nissan (different dealership) Woodchester needs to respond for their negligence and pay damages to the car

I had a great experience with Paulina when purchasing my pre-owned! On a whim while I was in the area, I called close to closing time to set up an appointment for test drive (due to COVID). Paulina got back to me within minutes, and even stayed after hours to help accommodate me. She was very knowledgable & friendly, and she was willing to do her best to help me out as best as she could, without being too aggressive or pushy. She followed up with me and pursued alternative options on my behalf whenever I had questions. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with her if you're considering purchasing from this dealership!

I visited the showroom on 1st October 2020 at Nissan Woodchester branch for an oil change, they changed the oil and did a carwash. However while he was going home he noticed small white dots on the front hood/bonnet of our car. At the sametime i also noticed on the driving door that the paint was pealing off. We have been driving this vehicle for the past 2 and half years and we know very well how our car is! I called back and spoke to the service department and explained him the whole situation, however he told me he can't do anything, samething in past they couldn't do anything at all! When i reached the appointment i was told that there is a software update and that i have to wait for few hours again! I don't understand why does this always happen???, I left work early too, that being said they can't even accommodate him a loaner car, so that i can leave our car at the showroom and go back to work instead of rescheduling and being late to work again ! There are so many problems that need to be rectified as soon as possible.! I'am extremely disappointed about how poor the customer service is. I need someone to call me ASAP and get all my problems resolved. Mind you, I spoke previously in past with Danny when this issue happened and he had no word on this matter, other then the same auto message, he gave me another manager number to call however it's been months that the manager never responded to my voicemail! Just so disappointed on how poor customer service is on all levels. Absolutely will never recommend any family or friends to come at the Woodchester showroom whatsoever. A big waste of time & money!
