Needed a new battery & was pleasantly surprised that the service dept was open on a Long weekend Saturday. Jason answered & said come on in, we can help you. Thank you so much, my car starts like it is summertime now! Covid protocols were in place & I felt safe waiting while my car was being looked at. Best part was they washed my car too!

During a very cold period in February, my battery died in a parking lot on a Saturday morning. I was able to get a boost from a helpful store patron and drove right to Trans Canada Nissan. Without an appointment they installed a new battery and washed my car while I waited. A clean car in the middle of the winter was a nice bonus. The cold weather has continued and it is nice to know I have a battery i can depend on. This past summer I lost the fob (key) to my Nissan Rogue and had to purchase a new fob and programming to be able to drive my vehicle. Five months later someone found my fob and sent it to the War Amps who then returned it to me. Taking the returned fob to Jason Robinson, he kindly arranged to have both fobs reprogrammed at no charge. This gesture was unexpected and very much appreciated and reflects well on the customer service philosophy of Trans Canada Nissan and their staff.
