We had a great experience with this company. It only took a couple minutes to get bikes into our hands, including helmets and locks. They have Norco hybrid bikes which were all in good working order and they did a good job guessing our sizes which made the whole process fast too. They have free quick maps of downtown and Stanley Park and the location is very close to the waterfront so we were on the trail in no time. The return process was just as simple and they didn’t even charge us the next hour even though we went over by a few minutes. Very cheap and fun outing.

Extremely disappointed. I would give this 0 stars if I could. We called ahead to inquire if they had e-bikes available for rental. We were told they had two and would recommend us to reserve on their website. We did so immediately, provided details. The area has pricey parking but in line with rest of downtown Vancouver. Paid 20 for 3 hours of parking as we expected to be riding between 2-3 hours. When we arrived (10 minutes early), we were told they had no e-bikes as they rented their last two available e-bikes about 30 minutes earlier. Absolutely useless to reserve online. Maybe they should call it an expression of interest system instead. Reservation is supposed to be guaranteed when a confirmation is sent to the customer. Poor business sense, no courtesy to even call us to mention they rented out their last ones so we wouldn't waste our time going there. They apparently don't know the meaning of a reservation. For no e-bikes cost us time and parking costs. Don't recommend using them, unless you go in person and hope they have something available.
Convenient paddle board rental on Burrard. Friendly, respectful and responsive staff, and quality equipment for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
