Love your product line up and prices! I would like to mention that we visited several other bike stores (other brands) and we didn’t quite like the service we received. We were told to look up information online and didn’t get the answers we went looking for. But Trek has been superb. You guys are so responsive even on the phone! We have visited your store twice in the last few months and received great service both times. Dion assisted us the last time when we came in to make our purchase. He was very sweet and gave us some great tips. He walked around the store with us and made sure we got the right accessories. This is our first bike in Canada and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. So glad we came to the right place. I was helped by Dave on the shop floor. He was very patient and diligent in showing me all the road bikes and later fitting my bike accordingly after purchase. Overall very good experience at this Trek Store
The employees at Trek Port Moody value their costumers' time. I interacted with three employees: the first answered the phone, checked his stock and set my product aside. The second promptly directed the line outside the shop, and made it clear where we would be helped. The third made recommendations about tire choice, listened intently on what I needed and gave additional information to help me make my own choice. Finally, the shop itself had the products I was looking for in stock so I only needed to make one stop. I will go back here to get future parts.
Great experience! I did reserch and then went to the store. Staffs was just experienced and helpful. Found the bike exactly meets my needs. Also compared with other bike stores in town. Definitely the best.
Amazing customer service experience!!! And love my new Trek Rail 7! The Bosch drivetrain always seems to provide more than enough power and range. This means climbing is almost as fun as ripping back down the mountain. And yet, there is no limit on how hard you can push, so it’s still fantastic exercise! Best money I ever spent!!!
