Outstanding service!!! My family and I went to see Dr. Chan off referral from a friend and it was the best decision we have made for our ophthalmic health. He is down to earth and enthusiastic about his profession and his demeanor with children is fantastic. He is clearly knowledgeable and relayed information to us at a level we could comprehend. I will recommend Dr. Chan to everyone I know over and over again. Thank you Dr. Chan and staff for the exceptional service!!!

I have nothing bad I could say about the place. The people at the front desk were polite to me, and after coming in to get safety prescription glasses, I was told it would be roughly three weeks, but I got them way sooner. For those working at chrysler, be sure to get their updated address, and not follow the paperwork from FCA regarding their location
The best Optometrist I've ever had. Very attentive and knowledgeable. He takes the time educate you and makes sure you're comfortable during the entire process to get glasses. I brought the rest of my family for this reason and learned that he has the same care & respect for children. My kid always looks forward to seeing him. Even though we don't live in Windsor the weekend trip to see him is well worth it. He's supported by a great staff at FYI LaSalle. Thanks all for the wonderful service.
Dr. Chan has been our eye doctor for years. He always explains what he's doing and takes time and care during visits. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thorough doctor.
