I've been going to this location for years and it has only gotten better since Dr. Yoon took over. Although I don't live in the area anymore, I don't see myself changing optometrist's because there's a very nice \vibe\ to this place that makes you feel welcome. The front-line staff are very helpful and knowledge. Dr. Yoon herself is friendly, knowledge, and seems to want the best for all her patients. You aren't rushed out the door and she is happy to answer any of your eye related questions. I can definitely recommend this optometry practice.

My husband and I were long time patients of Dr. Leon Chow. When Dr. Chow retired, Dr. Katie Yoon took over his clientele and we have become her patients. In the beginning, she was okay. Recently, I had my cataract surgery done, which Dr. Yoon referred me to Dr. Weinstock. After I rested up for 6 weeks, I called Dr. Yoon's office for a follow up appointment, to get my new prescription. The receptionist only called back after I left a few messages and told me that they will charge me 135. I told her, Dr. Yoon referred me to the cataract surgery and Dr. Weinstock said Dr. Yoon shouldn't charge me for the follow up appointment. The receptionist said she will call me back after clarification, which she never did. I left another message and they just ignored me for over two weeks. I feel Dr. Yoon and her staff are now focusing only on money, they don't even follow their own code of ethics to serve their clients' needs. They don't want to see me, because my appointment is free of charge. I even called another optometrist to check and they told me that my follow up appointment with Dr. Yoon should be free of charge. Even other professionals who follow a business model will pay more attention to customer service, rather than just making money. I don't recommend Dr. Yoon. If you want to be treated fairly and professionally, stay away!
I've had great service from many other providers whether it be from a hair stylist or waiter etc. I have always thought of writing a review but never did. I really had to make it a point today to write a review for Dr. Yoon because she has provided me more than just great service, she also gave me useful knowledge that will help my future. Past eye doctors would just give me a prescription and call it a day. Dr. Yoon room the time to evaluate my eyes and then reevaluate them to ensure she gave me the correct prescription that wouldn't cause further damage in the long run. She really cares for her work and she's also very personable. Thank you Dr. Yoon!
Dr. Yoon and her staff offer excellent service. They are knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Dr. Yoon obtains her stock of frames and lenses using local labs and suppliers and the pricing is very competitive. I quickly chose 2 pairs of glasses thanks to their professional advice without being pressured to buy. The overall experience was five star!
