Dr Mark Jamieson was very professional, he performed all the test i required, explained everything to me, ensured my new glasses fit correctly and followed up ton ensure my eyes have adjusted to the new glasses. I have to say it is rare today to get this level of service. Thank you
Just walked in to this store recently looking for frames. Amazing selection, friendly staff, and professionalism all the way. Recently moved to Waterdown from the Toronto area, and the store has that big city feeling right here in town!
