Every staff member goes out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. For me to go to west Ed to get my eyes checked is not an easy trip but the staff make it worth it. They explain everything so clearly and show you all the images of your eye so you actually understand what is happening as you’re going through the appointment and it’s so cool! Truly an amazing experience. Can’t recommend it enough (although I do recommend it to everyone I know because it’s just that great of an experience)

I think this company really strikes a great balance between taking time to help a patient understand their specific situation and being super efficient with their organization. They do follow ups when necessary to be absolutely sure about possible issues and at the same time don’t leave you waiting too long. They are always busy but I never feel like just a number! Highly recommended.

This place was popular and did a good job keeping people socially distanced. Doctor and front staff were fast and kind.
Dr. Dhaliwal is so knowledgeable, patient and fantastic with kids. He never rushes you through appointments and is thorough! I highly recommend him and his staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and genuinely care.
I am always impressed with the level of service. Things are explained, extra time and consideration are taken to ensure that you are aware of items being discussed. It's taken me a number of years to find an optometrist I like, but I can say sincerely that I have found my fit.

Very pleased with my visit here! My appointment was quick, efficient and all the staff and doctors were extremely helpful and friendly. I will be bringing my husband and children here as well for all our future eye care needs!
