Waited at the door for 20 min with no help sat down and wouldn't help me. Have used them in the past will not recommend or use again unfortunate due to the previous experience was really great. Dealt with Dr. Jamieson this morning, understood the frustration from a few weeks ago fanatsic customer service and very professional quick turn around. Order my glasses with a high level of professionalism.

This is my third experience with Town Optical and I have been very satisfied with all! I've seen both Dr. Sayer and Dr. Jamieson and they are both extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The lady who helped me select my glasses was so sweet and she actually picked out the ones I ended up getting! Good taste!!! Andrew was hilarious to deal with and makes the process tons of fun and humorous all while delivering great service. Thanks to the team at Town Optical! Now my eyes are happy and I'm happy.
