I have to say that I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated by the receptionist. They were rude and combative over the phone with me when I was given an appointment that they were not able to honour. They insisted that they were right and I was wrong and would not let me in the door for the appointment that they had booked me for even after I showed them the confirmation email that they had sent me for the appointment. The glasses I had them make up were very expensive for what they were and they sat in their office waiting for me to pick them up for weeks before I called to see if they were finally ready for pickup. The communication skills I witnessed on multiple occasions was about as poor as I thought possible. The trial contacts that they were supposed to order me took over 7 weeks for them to order, show up and for them to call me to book an appointment to then pick up. I will be taking my future business to a much more professional establishment in the future.

Olivia at Dr. Comlys office saved my vacation!! I was visiting the area and had a soft contact lens Emergency. After a handful of calls to local optometrists, no one was able to see me on such short notice. They did! I couldn't be more thankful or satisfied! I can't thank you enough for seeing me and saving my day! Gratefully, Kim

Amazing staff and customer service. Accidentally stepped on my glasses and cannot see without them, right away they got the sample frames and gave them to me free of charge on the spot instead of sending for repair.

Paid for an eye exam out of pocket which they couldn't for some reason direct bill to my insurance and they refused to give me my PD which is a requirement for my medical file for work unless I purchased glasses.
