Consistently clean store, great selection, good display of items, decent sales, but most of all, genuinely caring staff. I felt listened to, not pushed to purchase, overall awesome customer service. Best adult store in Vic in my opinion!

These people are awesome, they let me order a surprise online for a special someone ️ and let him pick it up in the store wrapped even so he would be surprised like I wanted. I even paid shipping because there wasn’t an option to put store pick up and they refunded it!!! I will shop there again and recommend them highly! They provided the best customer service I can remember ever receiving! Great product selection and great prices!!! They even told him they were watching him and not to peek lol
i love this store for so many reasons! It is truly a one stop shop for all of your needs and pleasures. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole is one of the nicest and most educated people I have ever known. No question goes unanswered and she never makes me feel uneasy or embarrassed. She is friendly and approachable. The ladies here are so open. The prices are reasonable and the choices are endless! This is and always will be my GO TO place of choice!
Nice store, great selection. Staff are helpful with most requests. CAUTION IF PURCHASING CONTACTS: I've bought 4 pairs there over 2 years (hoping it was a one time thing after the first year); 2 pairs had slits and ripped in half immediately after handling, one burned my eyes. I did buy one set of functional ones and they were decent quality; but not worth 150 (3 other pairs) heavy eye irritation.
Great place that basically has everything you'd need. Staff was great, and Nicole was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Thumbs up!
