I love this store in Pointe Claire! Cindy and all the girls are amazing! So friendly, polite, courteous! They are super cool, always smiling and really know their stuff! The store has just been renovated downstairs and they now have an incredible lingerie store on the second floor! So many beautiful sexy pieces to choose from! When you walk in downstairs, it's like Heaven! You won't find a better selection of sex toys! I'm a semi-regular customer. I go about once a month. I often joke that I wish I had a Vagina!! If you're looking for something - there's a good chance they have it! If they don't, they'll get it for you! Everyone is so helpful! I think I wish I worked there! I usually have a favor or a small request - they are always willing to help! I always get incredible, fun and wickedly good service! It's refreshing to go to a store - And Have Fun when you're there!! For sex toys, lingerie and anything else to get your Sexy Time, Kink & Naughty On...go and see Cindy and any of the girls! Cindy! Been to this location before it was renovated and now that it is fully renovated and as always great customer service. The ladies are super friendly and full of amazing information and advice as well as know their products well. They have a great selection of products now including a small dungeon room, a full upstairs of clothing imported from all over the globe. And all natural message products . Never had a issue when purchasing items , though defects happen and the manufacture have a warranty on their product which must be taken care of though the manufacture of the devices not through store level. For hygienic reasons of course.
As an employee of roses and passion and I just wanted to thank everyone for the positive comments and also to say I’ve never worked somewhere with a better manager, she is absolutely the sweetest woman and she is constantly creating an amazing work environment and atmosphere. She is also the reason we have more then a team here, we are family. My quality of life had honestly risen immensely since meeting her. Almost all our costumers come just to see her. We are always open to questions, so don’t be shy!️
I spent a lofty sum on a sex toy that was defective and broken out of the box. They wouldn't refund my money like other online sex shops usually offer to do. They offered to fix the toy with superglue which I thought was somewhat ridiculous. Who the hell wants to use a sex toy repaired with glue? It would suffice to say that I stopped buying goods from this store and instead order all my toys online from now on. Also, the business doesn't even operate a website, so you can never tell what is in stock.
The younger girls who work at this store are generally very kind. However, the older woman who owns it (I think) is an absolute terror. She is rude to customers (especially young adults) and often whispers about those who come into the store. Rude to customers and her employees.
I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I have never had such a terrible experience. I bought a sealed game that I wanted to exchange later day still sealed with the bill. The manager refused and ocused me of possibly having my very own plastic sealant machine and it is possible that I reseated the product myself. I assure you I don't have this machine and the game looked exactly as it did when I bought it. I was so embarrassed I will never go back here again!!!!
I have to disagree with Manuel. To call Roses & Passion a “sex shop” would be to do it a grave disservice. While the rear of the store is home to enough vibrators and porn to compete with the big guns in the city, the overarching themes are holistic sexuality and women’s issues. Products and workshops address topics such as reproductive health and talking to teens about sex.
I was hesitant to post a public review of a sex shop but realized it's important. NEVER shop there! Went with my wife last summer and got the weirdest sex offer from the employee named Mary... not sex TOYS offer... no, personal, "lets have fun between couples after office hours" kinda offer! Disturbing to say the least
