1 star is too much! Smells like raw sewage inside the store. Terrible staff, very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the products. Worst adult boutique that I have been to in all of Montreal. To be avoided. Not recommended. I will definitely never be setting foot in X-Tasy again. If you are looking for a good experience, then this place is to be avoided at all costs.
the dresses,shoes,underwear,dildos etc are amazing! the only issue i had here and its been more than once is the quality in the stockings and their size charts you should have sizes for petite and larger bbw women . i got 2 pairs each different occasions and they are very cheaply done. for the amount you guys make with everything else you dont think you would have better quality like the rest of your merchandise? i have gotten alot of stuff from you guys and never was disappointed but i wont be shopping there for stockings sadly and most of the time id buy 2 at a time. simple little change can get you 5 stars.

Le fait qu'ils nous demande de mettre nos sac à la caisse est vraiment insultant. Les vendeuses nous lâchent pas. Chaque fois qu'on regarde quelque chose , ça insiste pour commencer à parler et donner des conseils. Il serait agréable de magasiner en laissant les clients dans leur bulle sans les déranger. Je pense que si un client a besoin d'aide , il serait capable de le demander.
J'ai bien été conseillé les 3 fois que j'ai été à ce magasin. Les conseillers sont courtois et il n'y a pas eu de vente à pression n'y d'atitude déplaisante à cause que je n'ai pas acheté tous les produits sur lesquels je me suis informé. J'y retourne à mon prochain passage à Montréal.
A paine rentré que on me demende d'enlever mon sac ca passe.. mais de me courir apres dans magasin pour pas que je compare les lingerie entre eux et de m'enlever larticle des main c'est dégradent mon 300 je les depenser dans l'autre magasin d'acoter qui on un tres bon service :)
