We just had The Finishing Store provide and install our floors, baseboards and casings and they did an amazing job! The staff are so knowledgeable and the store has everything you could possibly need. The installers are very professional - Calvin & his team were great. George was so helpful and accommodating with scheduling our install. Norm coordinated delivery and it all went so smoothly. We had such a positive experience from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about The Finishing Store. I would definitely use them again.

I've used this store twice now for wood refinishing projects that I spent some significant time on and wanted to finish off right. Both times the staff were helpful to point me in the right direction for type of product to use to finish off my project. They have lots of cool stuff for all sorts of projects.
On the plus side, they do have an excellent range of wood finishing products, and are conveniently located. However, as others have mentioned, the sales staff do treat you as an inconvenience that must be dismissed as quickly as possible. The level of service, especially for custom work, is pretty poor.
Very helpful staff . Clearly know their stuff and no attempt to upsell. Mine was a small maintenance related purchase but they took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended
Great place to go if you want the sales people to completely ignore you, and then act like you're a huge inconvenience when you're just making a simple purchase. Went there to buy floor glue for my boss, had never been before and could've used help ensuring I was getting the correct one, also could've used less attitude from the guy at the till and for him to not completely ignore me when I said there was an account it needed to go under so the receipt would have the business name on it. I told my employer we should try and grab supplies elsewhere, he agreed since in his words \yeah I hate going there they have horrible customer service
