Went for a specific item, the website said it had one left in stock. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond even though he didn’t have to. He even looked through the totes which were delivered on the day of and was able to find the product. I am very impressed with that level of customer service, not everyone would be willing do that.

I love this store every time I call or walk in I feel like family. We have been renovating our house close by and I've sometimes called to see if they have somethings and can drive there in 2 minutes and they have it waiting ready to go at the till. Most recently a part for our hot water tank needed to be replaced, Jeff had the part in my hands within 15 minutes of calling him. Highly recommend this location to everybody!
They should re-brand this store as "Rona Mini" or something, so that you know what this store is about before you get there. It's like a convenience store version of a hardware store. There's a surprising amount of selection for what it is, but still limited, so don't expect to be sourcing everything for your home improvement project here. It might have much of the major items you might need, I think, and a few particular items for certain jobs. If I lived nearby, I'd probably come here regularly for small jobs.
Guy with the beard in plumbing, knows his stuff! Cant remember his name but give this guy a raise or promote to management. Thanks for the help!!
My favourite hardware store. Has the variety of products of a big box store, but the feel of a mom and pop shop. Staff are very knowledgeable, and take time to explain how to get a job done - and I need lots of explanation!
The staff is top notch. Quick informative service, friendly, polite, smart. Small store small selection.
