Everyone is so amazingly nice at this place! It is very clean and they are very diligent at sanitizing everything. I was nervous because of a past experience elsewhere but these ladies know how to make you feel comfortable. Great experience. Update: my glasses came in in less than a week! I am so happy I can see so clearly for the first time in a long time! Thank you UR Optometry!

Very good staff here, decent glasses selection but could be bigger
My kids go here and they are all extremely friendly and so great with the kids. Very patient with my son who has anxiety about a lot of things. Would recommend 100%.
Dr. Christina Chan was very professional and explained everything in detail to me. She is an amazing optometrist and I would highly recommend seeing her at this practice. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very safe with their COVID-19 protocols in place. Thank you for the great visit!
Despite the pandemic, the entire staff at Upper Richmond Optometry made my first eye doctor’s appointment in more than five years an incredible experience. From the ease of checking in to my appointment, to the friendly smiles from everyone inside, I felt extremely welcomed, and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Steph did a fantastic job explaining to me what was going on with my optical health, and made sure I was aware of everything she was testing or checking for. When it came time to tell me I needed glasses she showed a compassion and friendliness of a doctor who had been in their role for decades. She also recommended a perfect frame shape for my face and with the help of Laurie I was able to pick out the perfect pair of glasses in no time at all. Already looking forward to picking up my glasses and checking in with Dr. Steph for many years to come! Highly recommend!
