I like the quality and design of the Trek brand. I found the customer service to be top notch. The sales associates were very knowledgeable. I noticed the prices to be a little high, but I understand I'm purchasing quality items. That being said, please send please send me a coupon.

Customer service and repair shop are excellent! They are always prompt to address whatever issues I might be having with my bike. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this store!

Everyone there is awesome! You get greeted at the door and completely taken care of. Regardless if you know what you're doing or not, in my case not, you're treated with respect and spoken to like a person not a wallet. Buy your new bike here or get your current one serviced here. You won't be disappointed.

Customer Service is disappointing. Called the Burnaby location to pre-order and they had mentioned that the Maple Ridge location had the size and color I was looking for. They said to give them a call because they will be able to hold the bike for 24 hrs or longer with a down payment. I live out of town so its hard for me to get there but my husband would have been able to pick up the one bike left in stock but I really don't want to send him out there with the possibility of the bike not being there. When I spoke with the Maple Ridge location they were not helpful at all. It was frustrating that they cant hold the bike until the end of the day and or transfer the bike to another location. Trek lost a lifetime customer with me and I will be taking my business elsewhere as they are apparently to busy to provide customer service.
