I needed an emergency tire change at the end of the day. The staff were exceptionally helpful, fixed the problem in no time FLAT, and the cost of the repair far less than I had expected. Looking around the shop while waiting for the technician to complete the repair, I was impressed by the quality and variety of bikes and accessories for sale. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who happens to be in the Steveston area.

Brett and Graeme were both a great help. They took the time to explain the options and help find the best fit for my needs. I've never bought a bike before and this was really appreciated. Highly recommend Village Bikes for their customer service. While the shop is small, they have a nice selection and can order in what you need, including my new bike which I'm very happy with.
I took my grandson's bicycle to Village Bikes a few days ago to get the Front and Rear Derailleur Gears adjusted. The work was completed quickly, at a competitive price, and I collected the bike a few hours later. VB is conveniently located so we will be bringing our families bicycles here for future maintenance work. Thanks, Steve
These guys are very helpful! I had to get my wife's bike fixed asap since she needs to go to work tomorrow and it might rain. They had a full queue. Yet they told me to come they'd check it out. Took all of ten seconds for me to appreciate the simplicity of the fix that eluded me. I had to buy them coffees! :-D Thank you guys. Antoine
This is the place to go in Richmond for all your bicycle/cycling needs! It is a small shop, but the owner, Brett, and his staff team provide sensational service and have a good selection of bicycles that are well suited for riding around Metro Vancouver. They carry everything from slick cruisers, to solid hybrids and gravel bikes. Bicycle rentals are also provided so that anyone can enjoy touring historic Steveston Village and its neighbouring parks on two wheels! Village Bikes has been my bike shop for years now, partly because the staff here truly are very helpful, friendly, and overall just good guys. They are a big reason why I advise anyone who asks me about buying a bike to check out Village Bikes!
