Got my.daughter in within 2 days of calling. Was so great at easing all her fears, as well as my own. They found her the perfect glasses, and got them to us so quickly. Being so efficient, kind and informative has greatly increase my daughters all around quality of life. Thank you!!!

First, they got the prescription wrong. Ok, these things happen. Then, they made a very expensive pair of glasses with that wrong prescription. Unfortunately, due to travel, work schedule, having a couple other pairs of glasses, and simply thinking that the new prescription might just take some getting used to, the mistake was not caught in a timely manner. When the mistake was finally caught, they refused to fix THEIR mistake. Sure, they fixed the printed paper with the prescription, but as for the very expensive glasses, they are unwilling to own up to their mistake. They refused to take any responsibility for writing the wrong prescription. When dealing with expensive items like this, you need to deal with a reputable company that stands behind their work. If they don't, you can end up out hundreds of dollars, while the optician laughs at you from her BMW. There are other opticians in Trail who will stand behind their work. I highly recommend you not take your chances with this one.
The ladies at Trail Vision were so kind and helpful! They were wonderful with my daughters, answered all of our questions so patiently, and were able to set us up with corrective lenses and flattering frames in no time. So grateful to them for putting the girls at ease and taking time for us. Thank you!
Very professional and courteous clinic. The staff are friendly and really know their stuff. I go here and also take my older in laws here. They take a lot of time ensuring your new glasses fit and work for you as intended. They are also very patient with older people and do not rush them in any way. I would totally recommend this clinic for all your eye care needs.
