Nice customer service! The food was fresh and delicious but a little bit salty in the end. They use individual cup to serve the sauce which is great during this circumstance. It would be great if they have soy bean milk like they used to be. A little bit expensive on the weekend.

Very nice restaurant to eat at. They have tons of food and selection to choose from for your hot pots. It's great for family and friends to dine at. Although, the place is a bit dark and the location is a bit hard to find. But overall, great restaurant experience you should try out.

The food really fits my taste. Especially the soup of the hot pot, I'm an inedible spicy person but still very pleased with the taste. The dessert is matcha ice cream that really reminds me of it ️

I hadn't have hotpot for 3 years and last weekend I decided to come back to this restaurant with my husband. The food was amazing and the broth was on point. It was even tastier when I ate them with their special dipping sauce. We got free bottle of water during the Covid which made me impressed. This is a must try hotpot restaurant in Chinatown, especially in the winter time.

I said no lamb and the soup completely all lanb flavor. Young male server sat us, didn’t explain a single thing, was very difficult even to figure out how to order the broth, and was almost rude about it. The service was terrible, they just dropped things off and walked away, couldn’t get their attention to get more napkins, and the food was mediocre at best. I came here a few years back when it was Mongolian hot pot, it was not this bad. We both have been servers for the majority of our adult lives, so when asked why we didn’t tip, we were quite honest. If it were up to us, we wouldn’t have paid at all. Would not recommend this hot pot.
