My family tried this place for the first time today and we enjoyed the food very much. This hot pot restaurant has great selection of meat and seafood etc that you can cook in the hot pot. The staff are great, very friendly. We would definitely come again

Had a wonderful experience here for their ayce. Honestly I was surprised as all the word of mouth reviews I got was far from stellar. But it was all based on prior to this place providing an ayce option. They have ayce and individual items to order. Had the big spicy soup/broth and it had a deep rich taste. Way better than similar competitors such as the white fluffy logo. The spiciness and numbness is definitely there. Pop machine with unlimited pop. Also the self serve condiments bar has a good selection of items. Everything is placed neatly, clean and tidy. The food items are fresh and the portions generous. The service was attentive and friendly. This place is an ayce gem. All in all everyone should go here before it becomes too busy which might affect their service and quality.

Excellent service, great spicy hot pot meals. We got the pick your own pot (not all you can eat), one wet one dry. Prices came out to less than 15/person. Great portion, excellent taste. Spice was perfect level, enjoyable yet challenging. Parking situation sucks at the retail parking. Better to park across the street for 1/hour. Restaurant will reimburse you 2.

I had never had hot pot before and the man who sat us to our table went over everything in such detail! I was very surprised to get this level of explanation. He made suggestions, helped clarify any questions that we had and did it with so much humour! Such an amazing first experience. It was a lot of fun to try so many new things and the hot pot experience is exciting! So glad we came here for Fathers Day. I highly recommend this restaurant for your next dining experience.

Terrible service and food quality compared to other hotpot places. Definitely not worth the money. Spent about 85 for 2 people and I couldn't even finish my first order due the the quality of the meat. We ate for about 20 minutes and just left. We got there and they gave us tea that was already in the pot. The tea was already lukewarm and almost cold. The cup was dirty and had to change to a new one. Food came and not even the big hotpot spoon was given to us.... Are we expected to eat hotpot with chopsticks???. Even when we asked for one, they only gave one set when there was 2 people. In conclusion, bad service, bad food, high price.

It's just the 2nd day that they are open for their soft opening. Service level is great, wait staff are attentive. The soup base is very tasty, even the spicy base. Some menu items are still not available. Sauce options is extensive. The decoration is beautiful. I'll definitive be back again. Came back a week later and have to update my review. While some of the opening kinks, have been ironed out, I've you adjust my review as the standard soup base, which is the most important part of a hot pot restaurant, has dropped. The soup is now bland compared to the flavourful taste of the first visit. Wait staff looks busy but does not look like they know what they are doing. I'll probably give them a little more time to settle down before I visit again.

Definitely won't come back. We ordered individual noodle soup (not the hot pot as they were expensive!). We ordered 3 different flavour, two were tasteless that we had to add all kinds of chilli sauce or soy sauce, whatever was available to make it edible. One was so salty. And it took a long time for our food to come out when there was nobody else in the restaurant. Service wasn't great either, We had to ask for water and cutlery for my kid. Other restaurants would prepare it or offer it right away when they see a child. The only great thing is that the sauces and pickles were self serve and it's all you can eat

This was the first time my husband and I ate here. We ordered the beef noodles and the hot pot for 1 (which is huge. Can easily serve 2 if you don't want a big lunch.) The hot pot is a pot of broth where you cook your meat and veggies, right at the table. Both dishes were delicious. The service was good and friendly and the prices were reasonable. We are definitively going back.
