I have been a patient of Dr Pierazzo for many years, but recently have had a problem with my eyes, Dr Pierazzo has given me the best care, I can't say enough about how she has taken care of my issues, She is one in a million and I feel very blessed to have her as my optometrist.

I would recommend Newton Optometry to all my contacts. We have seen a couple of doctors there and both are very thorough and make us feel like we are getting the best vision care. My teenage daughter needed her first pair of glasses and I am so grateful because the optician was able to help her find what suits her best and made her feel happy and confident wearing glasses for the first time. I was just so happy with the service and the outcome.
I have to say how impressed I was with the service and care provided to me & my wife by a staff member. Very kind, helpful and treated us like family. We haven't seen her there in the past, she mentioned she joined a few months ago (dark hair with a unique name) My wife thinks you are a gem and I'm also very pleased with my glasses and the repair you did on my sunglasses. Thank you once again!
I had a terrible experience here with the staff. The optician working there thinks that she is the only qualified optician in Canada everyone else is unqualified. She behaved rudely and unprofessionally when she realized that I had made my glasses elsewhere at a cheaper price than what she quoted to me earlier. Also the front desk ladies are not polite. They refused me the consultation with the optometrist when they realized that I was there for the revision of the prescription even though I had my appointment already booked with the optometrist. Although the optometrist , R.P., is kind and very nice optometrist, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional.
I had my appointment earlier today after less than 2 years and I have to say that ever since I've been their patient from day 1, their service, staff and my experience has been very outstanding and amazing! I wish I could rate out of more than 5 stars because the staff are very thorough with instructions, they explain and greet with welcoming smiles. All I can say are all positive things! :D Thank you for your service!!! (:
